There's some blah, blah, blah prologue from someone talking about killing a date before the book jumps to Demi. Demi is a super hot red head with pale skin who likes wear skintight clothing. The Salem newspaper recently introduced a personal ads section. Her best friend Shannon thinks the whole thing sounds cray-cray, but Demi thinks it would be fun to put an ad in the paper and maybe meet someone special.
